Michael Greer has been in Boy Scouts since he was in the fourth grade. Now the 18-year old Kountze High School senior has come full circle in the scouting world and is just about to complete his final, biggest, and most important project to date – the project to become an Eagle Scout. Every boy who is involved in scouting knows the Eagle Scout Badge is the holy grail of scouting. Those who obtain the Eagle Scout badge must come up with a project that contains at least 100 hours of labor and/or production, the project must benefit others in some way, and the project has to be approved by the scouting council.
