--  WalMart McDonald's, 1100 Hwy. 96 North, Silsbee: Score: 81 — Drink station dirty. Light out at fry station. Hand sink had no paper towels. one hand sink was broken and water ran out over the floor. Meat freezer had slime buildup. Storeroom needed to be cleaned.

-- Sonic Drive In, 860 Hwy. 96 South, SIlsbee: Score: 88 — Needed light cover for light in walk-in cooler. Ice machine was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Food wasn't hot enough and had to be reheated.

-- La Casa Manana, 120 West Candlestick, Lumberton: Score: 93 — Dishes needed to be rewashed. Needed dates on food that was already cooked.

-- Quizno's Subs, 693 South Main, Lumberton: Score: 94 — Needed cleaning around the drink area. Manager didn't have knowledge of how to calibrate a thermometer.

-- Shop-N-Go, 315 Pine Street, Kountze: Score: 96 — Out of date canned goods on shelf.

-- Chevron No. 2, 1335 Hwy. 96 South, Lumberton: Score: 97 — Needed thermometer for milk cooler.
