-- Pizza Hut, 720 Hwy. 96, Silsbee, scored an 80: Went on a surprise visit. Black slime on ice machine. Needed paper towels at hand sink. Everything needs to be six inches off the floor in the walk-in cooler. Floor dirty. Dish area dirty. Hand sink needed to be cleaned and sanitized.

-- Sonic Drive In, 1300 South Pine, Kountze, scored a 90: Grease on floor around fryer. Ice machine had drain problem. Needed lights fixed over fry dump. Containers for holding frozen food not cleaned.

-- Pizza Hut, 112 South Main, Lumberton, scored a 91: Needed paper towels at hand sink. Dough prep area dirty. Floors dirty. Table tops needed to be cleaned.

-- Pine Theater, 340 N. 4th St., Silsbee, scored a 92: Need seal around back door so water won't come in. No hot water and hand sink.

-- Domino's Pizza, 134 Pine Plaza, Silsbee, scored a 94: Front prep table need to be cleaned. Need thermometer for cold hold.

-- Crosby's Exxon, 200 S. Pine, Kountze, scored a 96: Out of date canned goods on shelf.

-- Courthouse Cafe, inside Hardin County Courthouse, score of 97: Can't have anything in hand sink but hands.

-- Jr. Food Mart, 1240 N. 5th Street, Silsbee, scored a 97: Needed paper towels in hand sink.
