-- Munchies Ole', 1198 North Street, Silsbee: Scored a 75: Went in on a complaint. Sauce bowls were dirty and needed to be rewashed. Cross contamination found. Cleaning needed to be done after each task. Meat was thawing in tubs on the floor and food was sitting on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Food temperature was not being maintained after cooking. Test strips for sanitizing dishes were needed.

-- Huddle House, 375 North Main, Lumberton: Scored an 89: Surfaces around bread area needed to be cleaned. No thermometer available for checking temperatures of hot food. Also needed thermometer to check for proper temperatures of already-prepared food.

-- Dominos Pizza, 3026 South Main, Lumberton: Scored a 90: Pizza tray dirty and needed cleaning. Employee was wearing a face piercing while preparing food. Thermometer was needed to maintain temperature in makeshift cooler.
