ANNETTE HOGAN

Annette Hogan, 71, of Mauriceville died Monday, June 22, 2009 at her residence.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 25 at First Baptist Church Mauriceville with the Reverend Kevin Brown officiating with burial at Magnolia Springs Cemetery.

She was born on December 15, 1937 in Kirbyville. She was the daughter of Elbert and Grace (Roff) Horn. She had a long nursing career and also taught Sunday School at First Baptist Church Mauriceville. Annette loved to shop with her sisters and enjoyed fishing with her husband.

Survivors include her husband, Mack Hogan, Jr.; son, Steven Hogan of Mauriceville; daughter, Cyndy Mathis and husband Darby of Mauriceville; grandchildren, Ricky Kramer, Kristy Kramer, Brandon Hogan, Cody Hogan, Trey Mathis and Nicki Mathis; siblings, Mitchell Horn, Charles Horn, Jeanette Odell, Grace Dumesnil, Billie Singletary and Melda Myers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
