Jamarcus DeAndra Myers, 18, of Silsbee, died Sunday, April 20, 2014 in a head on car accident in Silsbee, Hardin County, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday,April 26 at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ in Silsbee under the direction of J.B. Coleman Memorial Mortuary, also in Silsbee with burial following in Kirby Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. A lifelong resident of Silsbee, he was a senior at Silsbee High School where he was a Defensive Tackle First Team All District football player. Survivors include his mother, LaTrenda Cartwright of Silsbee; father James Myers Jr. of Houston; step-mother, AngieMyers of Houston; sisters, Quinesha Danielle Foster of Beaumont, Jamisha Myers of Silsbee, and Janecia Myers, Alana Myers and Janiyah Myers, all of Houston; brothers, JarelMyers of Houston and Jaron Myers of Call; and grandparents, Donald and Helen Davis of Silsbee, Bennie Myers of Beaumont, and James Myers Sr. of Bon Weir.
