Evelyn Joyce Hooks Ford, 89, of Kountze, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. She was born in Silsbee. Funeral service was Friday, August 25 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Kountze with burial following at Hooks-Cravey Cemetery in Silsbee. Survivors include her brother, Louis Hooks.
