The Silsbee Tigers finished with the District 10-4A Division 1 slate with a 49-21 win over the Cleveland Indians on Nov. 10 at Tiger Stadium.

The win, coupled with a 40- 30 win by Navasota over Little Cypress-Mauriceville, gives the Tigers a share of the district title with Navasota.

Because of a 39-34 win over Navasota, Silsbee clinches the district’s No. 1 seed for the playoffs. The Tigers (5-4) open up the post-season action with a game against the Center Roughriders (3-7) on Friday, Nov. 17, at Nacogdoches High School.
