LISD student arrested for making terroristic threats

LUMBERTON — A Lumberton High School sophomore was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats after a “hit list” was discovered at the LHS alternative education building.

Lumberton Police Chief Danny Sullins said the student, who is in alternative education, was arrested Dec. 12. According to Lumberton ISD officials, the school was alert about 3 p.m. that a “hit list” had been discovered.
