Each individual named in this report is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
September 6 Vanessa Torres, 20, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 2 in amounts less than 1 gram.
Jeffrey Culver, 59, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
