KOUNTZE - On Thursday, Oct. 20, the Kountze City Council discussed the current historical district guidelines. Currently, there is a mobile-home on S. Pecan that violates the historical district guidelines. The guidelines prohibit mobile homes, including manufactured homes, within the historical district.
