Bonnie Faye Guidry

Bonnie Faye Guidry, 71, of Silsbee, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at her residence. A native of Port Arthur, she has lived in Silsbee since 1977 and was a retired Registered Nurse. Bonnie enjoyed being a nurse, a homemaker, and enjoyed spending time with her family being mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

A Celebration of Bonnie's Life will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the funeral home.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Anthony Guidry, parents, Orville McKinley Phelps, Sr., and Mildred Phelps, and her brothers, Harold Phelps and Orville McKinley 'Mac' Phelps.

Bonnie is survived by her children, Je'an Paul Guidry and his wife Judy of Niceville, FL., Desire'e Marie Guidry of Silsbee, and Jacques Anthony Guidry of Beaumont, sisters, Shera Kimbel of Groves, and Susie Morrel of Conroe, her grandchildren, Joseph Guidry, Jack Guidry, Madelyn Guidry, Kassidy Guidry, and her great grandchildren, Gwendolyn Taylor and Nathanial Guidry. Bonnie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
