A one vehicle accident occurred in the 600 block of Knupple at 5:48 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 5, 2022.
A 2017 Hyundai Elantra, blue in color, was west bound on Knupple. The vehicle driven by a 20 year old female left the road and hit a culvert. The investigating officers reported that the vehicle came to rest in the ditch adjacent to the roadway.
The accident was reported as a role-over accident, but police stated that this did not happen following their investigation.
The driver was evaluated EMS but was not transported for further medical attention.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
