Fannie Walker

Fannie M. Walker, 89, entered into eternal rest on January 22, 2018 at La Estanica Rehabilitation Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Fannie was born in Silsbee to Will and Johnny Walker on May 30, 1928. She was an enthusiast to the readings of political affairs and health services issues. While residing in Silsbee she was an active member of St. Mark Catholic Church. She united with Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Phoenix upon her relocation. While she lived on this earth, she gave unselfishly to all and through her passing she continued to give. She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mae Donna Scott, Katie B. Lewis, and Lavelle Walker; brothers, Will Walker, Calvin Walker, Thomas Mack Walker, Joseph Walker, and Johnny Lee Walker. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Walker, a sister, Jo Anna Walker Alexander; and a host of family, and friends. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Heart Association, Lupus Society, American Cancer Society and the Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
