Lady Tigers defeated in final game against LCM

Silsbee could not find any momentum in a tough 17-0 loss to Little Cypress Mauriceville after four innings. The Lady Tigers struggled to maintain any defensive prowess as the LCM Lady Bears bats were hot throughout the game.

London Jessie breaks record

London Jessie, Silsbee High School senior, broke his previous 800m Silsbee High School Record. He ran a 1.55.69 800m at the track and field regional meet on Monday.

Bottley signs to play basketball for TJC

A great crowd of people showed up Wednesday to celebrate with Monica Bottley as she signed her letter of intent to play basketball for Tyler Junior College. Bottley, who is a four-year starter for the Silsbee Tigers seemed very excited to be furthering her basketball and academic career.

Lumberton tennis players do well

Lumberton had multiple players make a deep run in their divisions including two runners-up and two semifinalists in competition at the Beaumont Municipal Tennis Center.
