April is National Volunteer Appreciation Month and one Silsbee volunteer is among many worthy of being honored this month. Stacey Howell has shown up once or twice a week at Paradigm at the Pines (formerly Pine Arbor) on FM 418 for more than 10 years now, much to the delight of many residents there. If it’s a pretty day, she is greeted by residents who are outside enjoying the fresh air even…
