Kountze man sentenced in road rage shooting

A 52-year-old Kountze man was sentenced Thursday by a jury in connection with a road rage shooting which occurred near Lumberton last December. Thomas Wayne Wolcott had entered a plea of guilty but had asked to be sentenced by a jury rather than a judge. Wolcott was sentenced to serve a five year prison term.
