  • About 50 people came to 580 North Sixth Street in Silsbee Saturday afternoon for a ribbon cutting for Life Matters. Pastor Carl Tyler said the opening of Life Matters fulfills his “God given vision designed to include the help for the Silsbee community and /or Hardin County.” He said Life Matters exists due to the support of the Silsbee City Council, Chamber of Commerce, school district and business community.
