Sheriff Mark Davis reported that the body of Kolby Kulhanek has been exhumed and an autopsy was performed in Beaumont.
He stated that Kulhanek’s body was found in a sand pit off Cooks Lake Road about four years ago. At that time, after an investigation, the Sheriff’s department did not find any cause for further investigation.
