The Hardin County Sheriff ’s Office released the following information.
Each individual named in this report is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
September 3 David Davis, of Beaumont, was arrested by HCSO on 2 charges of possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 in amounts less than 28 grams. Bail was set at $1,000 for each charge.
