The Hardin County Sheriff ’s Department has released the following information. Each individual named in this report is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Trena Lankford, Beaumont, was charged with driving while intoxicated, third or more. Bond was set at $20,000.
Devan Simmons, Beaumont, was charged with possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $750.
