Hardin County got a little unexpected rain Thursday night which was good, but the thunderstorm caused a lot of roof damage and downed power lines just north of Silsbee.
The Silsbee Fire Department began getting calls shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday that power lines were down at different locations in the area.
