The Lumberton Police Department has released the following information. Each individual named in this report is assumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Moral Hampton Jr., 61, was arrested by another agency on charges of fraud.
Jacob Dillian Eaves, 23, was arrested by Sgt. Michael K. Strange Jr. on charges of possession of marijuana and falsifying a drug test.
