Multi-vehicle accident

Two adults and two children were taken to an area hospital following a multi-vehicle accident on Hwy 96 at Chance Cutoff in Lumberton about 2:45 p.m. last Sunday. Police said one vehicle hit another from behind and knocked it into an oncoming vehicle. Jaws of Life were said used to get people out of one of the vehicles.
