The Silsbee City council met Monday to review bids for the ARPA Road Rehab project recomendation of awards.
The city’s engineers had set a budget of $616,899.81 for the project to rebuild Durdin Street and put an overlay on Kirby Lane, Ave. P, West Ave. F, Chance Street, Outlaw Ave. and Cherry Street.
