The Silsbee Fire Department has been very busy in recent months. In September, they had 76 calls. Nineteen of these were fires, and 51 were first responder calls.
In August, they had 44 calls. Thirty-nine of these were first responder calls, and five were fire calls.
During the first two weeks of October, they have been very busy with primarily fire calls.
