Official Statement from the Silsbee Independent School District
On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, an incident was reported on the campus of Silsbee Elementary. The incident alleges an elementary student assaulted a campus teacher. Due to this being a personnel matter involving a minor student and is an ongoing investigation, the district is not at liberty to discuss or share information regarding this matter publically.
