Spring in the Big Thicket Festival set for Saturday

  • The crowd enjoys the shopping and the beautiful weather during the annual Springtime on the Square Festival last Saturday in downtown Kountze. The festival included a large number of crafts,baked goods,clothing,etc.by vendors. The Sixth Annual Spring in the Big Thicket Festival, hosted by Friends of the Silsbee Library, is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, April 29, in the library parking lot, 4th street and Ave H in downtown Silsbee.
