The 8th Annual Spring in the Big Thicket Festival, sponsored by Friends of the Silsbee Public Library, is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday, April 27, in downtown Silsbee.The event will take place in the library parking lot, on 4th Street and Ave. H.
