Belvin Cooper Havard, 91, of Lumberton, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023. He was born in Morrow, Louisiana to Carrie Pullen Havard and James Monroe Havard. He was a United States Air Force/ Army veteran.
Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. the day of funeral service. Committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
Survivors include his children, Pamela Reagan and husband Eric of Bryson City, North Carolina, Beverley Fowler of Lumberton, Debra Byrd of Sandy, Utah, Tonya Spatola and husband John of Kountze, Tracie Doyal and husband Royd of Kenefic, Oklahoma, and Stacie LaFleur and husband Edward of Liberty; siblings, James “PeeWee” Havard and wife Evelyn of Kountze, and Tommy Havard and wife Nancy and Herbert Havard, all of Lumberton; and 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and three greatgreat grandchildren.
