Charlene Garsee

Charlene Garsee, 65, of Warren, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2023. She was born in Silsbee to the late Myrtis and John D. Watts.

Graveside service was Monday, March 27 at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee.

Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Telo Garsee; children, Chris Odom and wife Sember and Chanda Kirbow and husband Joe Sr.; sisters, Laverne Blanchard and Linda Sue Pate; brother, Bob Watts and wife Linda; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
