Claude Carruth

Claude Martin “C.M.” Carruth, 96, passed away Friday, August 18, 2023 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care in Silsbee. He was born in Welch, Louisiana to Henry Thomas Carruth and Gertrude Stagg Carruth. He was a United States Navy World War II veteran.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee. Burial with military honors will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his daughters, Paula Jean Carruth Hargroder and Claudia Carruth Mouer; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
