Image Body David Charles Smart, 66, of Silsbee, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2023. He was born in Warren to Johnny Smart and Vivian Switzer. Survivors include his sisters, Shiela Harmon and Emma Thorton. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
