Doris DuBose

Doris DuBose, 87, of Lumberton, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024. She was born in Chester, Texas to the late Doris Tarver Platt and Ellis Platt.

Funeral service was Tuesday, March 12 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee with burial following at Broaddus Cemetery in Broaddus.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Du-Bose; children, Kenny Powell and wife Susan of Weatherford, Cathy Hegwood and husband Joe of Bryan, Cindy Sherrick and husband Aaron of Lumberton, LaNell McDaniel husband Russell of Beaumont, and Wayne Du-Bose and wife Carolyn of Diboll; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
