Henrietta Askew

Henrietta “Tot” Askew, 73, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2023. She was born in Gist to T.D. and Virlle Smith.

Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 6 at First Pentecostal Church in Silsbee under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee with burial following at Antioch Cemetery in Buna.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Kenneth Askew: children, Kenetha Woods and Lynn Askew and wife Diana; siblings, Charles Smith, Mary Ann Meaux, Elma Williams, and Archie Smith; and five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
