Irene Redkey

Irene Virginia Redkey, 93, of Silsbee, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 at her home. She was born in Brenham to Charlie Meyer and Lillie Rosenbaum Meyer. She had lived in Silsbee since 1947.

Funeral service was at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 14 at First United Methodist Church in Silsbee under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with burial following at R.S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Hoskins of Niceville, Florida; her son, Jerry Redkey and Beverly of Buna; and four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
