James Lowe

James Wesley Lowe, 82, of Lumberton, Texas passed away following a long battle with cancer on Saturday, April 27, 2024. He was born in Scrappin’ Valley, Texas to the late Wesley Thomas and Winnie Opal Lowe. He worked for Harold Lee Engineering in Lumberton for over 40 years.

Funeral service was Thursday, May 2 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with burial following in Resthaven Cemetery in Silsbee.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Billie Lowe; son, Van “Wes” Lowe and wife Mary; daughters, Patti Mitchell and husband William, and Rhonda Asher and husband Paul, all of Lumberton; sister, Opal Elouise Andrews; brother, Van Thomas Lowe and wife Barbara; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
