James Tatum

James Kent Tatum, 57, of Silsbee, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont. He was born in Nederland to James Thomas Tatum and the late Barbara Ann Lumpkin Tatum. He worked as a truck driver.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Jerri Tatum; daughter, Laci Harper and husband Donald of Kirbyville; son, Tyler Tatum of Beaumont; stepson, Cody Banks and husband Jeffrey of California; father, James Tatum; sister, Jeannie Sasser and husband Robert; and three grandchildren.

Committal was at Broussard’s Crematorium in Beaumont under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee.
