Judith Bailey

Judith Louise Bailey, 73, of Silsbee, passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023. She was born in Beaumont to Elaine Kundo Rials and Wilbur Fred Rials.

Funeral service was Monday, July 31, 2023 at Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee with burial following at Cunningham Cemetery in Silsbee. Survivors include her children, Chris Bean and wife Brenda Lee-Hulsey of Kountze, Patricia Bailey of Houston, Charles Dowl Bailey Jr. and wife Debra Ann of Lumberton, and Brian Bean and wife Elisabeth of Beaumont; brother, Jerome Rials of Houston; and ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
