Lloyd Slone

Lloyd Slone, 86, of Evadale, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. He was born to Bessie and Truett Slone. He retired from BNSF, working on the bridge gang after over 30 years of service.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Terri Slone; sons, David Ray Cole and wife Tina of Evadale and Jason Cole and wife Ashley of College Station; daughter, Shantel Richardson and husband Carlton of Evadale; brothers; and 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium.
