Edward Theodore “Ted” Robbins Jr., 89, of Silsbee, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 at his home. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas to Lillian Breaux Robbins and Edward Theodore Robbins Sr.
Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 7 at St. Mark Catholic Church in Silsbee under the direction of Broussard’s Mortuary in Silsbee with burial following at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.
He worked for BF Goodrich/ Ameripol Synpol as an electrical engineer until he retired in February 1996, after 30 years.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Therese Ann Benoit Robbins; children, Ricky Robbins and wife Mauve, Mark Robbins and wife Karen, Drew Robbins and wife Sheri, Todd Robbins and wife Tammie, Royce Robbins and wife Sandy, Cindy Robbins Doyle and husband Mike, Gene Robbins and wife Debbie, and Rodney Cooper and wife Sandy; and 29 grandchildren and 52 great-grandchildren.
