Kountze Lions place 3rd in White Oak tournament

The Kountze Lions played in the White Oak Tournament last week and placed third. The Lions are made up entirely of freshman and sophomore players this year. They opened the tournament with a 88-51 victory over Elkhart. Kountze took a 21-14 lead in the first quarter and stretched that to 41-29 at the half.
