The Kountze Lions roared to a 47-0 victory over the Trinity Tigers before a packed homecoming crowd Friday night in Kountze, scoring their third victory of the season and their first district win. The Lions had put 30 points on the scoreboard even before the half ended, and scored a TD with an extra point and a field goal in the third to put the Lions ahead 40-0 at the end of the third quarter. …
