Returning from the best season in school history, the Lumberton Boys Varsity Soccer Team took part in the Sulphur Springs 4A Elite Invitational this past weekend.
After winning their group, they beat Region 2’s Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy (Dallas) in the semi-finals in a pk shootout 8-7, but lost the final in another pk shootout 6-7 to Region 2 Celina in a tough preseason warm up.
