A name was misspelled in last week’s list of marriage licenses issued during the month of June in Hardin County. Among those were those of Nathaniel Allemang and Ashley Faye Alexander.

Three injured as ATV flips over

A 37-year-old woman was taken by helicopter to Houston Kingwood Hospital and two children were taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont after an ATV flipped over on private property north of Silsbee shortly before 7 p.m. Saturday.

Armed masked people cause of alarm in Vidor

On Saturday, August 5, 2023, at approximately 12:08 p.m., the Vidor Police Department Dispatch Center received numerous calls of a disturbance at the intersection of N. Main and East Tram. The caller advised that there were several armed individuals with masks that were causing a disturbance.
